Chocolate Brownie


  • 375g Butter
  • 375g Dark chocolate
  • 6 Eggs
  • 500g Caster sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 225g Plain flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 250g White chocolate chunks


  1. Pre-heat oven to 175  ͦ c
  2. Grease and line a 9 x 13” tin with baking parchment
  3. Melt the butter and add the dark  chocolate to the warm butter to melt through
  4. Whisk eggs,sugar and vanilla extract together in a separate bowl
  5. Slowly add your egg mixture to the chocolate whilst mixing
  6. Sieve and fold in the flour
  7. Fold through white chocolate
  8. Spread evenly into a lined and greased tin
  9. Bake in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes, depending on how you like your brownies cooked (I suggest 20mins for a fudgey centre)
